New bus service 607 had started operations from late January 2016. The new service run by Kembara City will provide new direct connection between Pontian and JB Sentral. As service 607 is not an express service, it will stop at all stops along the route.

Kembara City 607 will ply from Pontian to JB Sentral on a similar route with Maju 96 & City Bus 3, except that 607 goes to JB Sentral first. From Pontian, 607 will ply along Jalan Johor, Jalan Pontian, Jalan Skudai, serving towns and amenities such as Pekan Nanas, Taman Sri Pulai, Skudai Parade, KIP Mart @ Tampoi, Giant @ Tampoi, Plaza Angsana, Danga Bay Convention Centre, Hospital Sultanah Aminah, before terminating its journey at JB Sentral.
From JB Sentral, 607 will go to Larkin, and joins back Jalan Skudai for the return journey, passing by Plaza Angsana, Giant @ Tampoi, KIP Mart @ Tampoi and Skudai Parade.
Currently, this service operates daily with two buses, with a said interval of around 2 hours to 2 hours 30 minutes frequency. Please consult Kembara City's on-ground staff for the scheduled bus arrival.
