Website Revamp & Channel Rebrand

With the recent website overhaul and ongoing updates across BUSINTERCHANGE.net, we are continually refining our platform to deliver faster, cleaner, and more accurate public transport information, real-time arrivals, and interactive route mapping.

As part of this new chapter, we would like to share an update regarding video content and our historical association with video production under Bus Interchange Transit Videos.

Our Story

When BUSINTERCHANGE.net was first registered in 2012, it was initially envisioned as a photo gallery and resource portal for bus enthusiasts.

On 14 May 2014, a YouTube channel was rebranded to Bus Interchange Transit Videos to complement the website with video media. Over the years, the channel grew alongside us, capturing memories of Singapore's transport landscape.

However, as time went on, both platforms naturally evolved. While BUSINTERCHANGE.net pivoted toward functional, passenger-centric digital tools — expanding into Johor Bahru cross-border guides in 2015 and eventually introducing comprehensive live bus arrivals across Singapore and Johor Bahru — the YouTube channel's focus naturally expanded toward a broader multi-modal vision.

A New Chapter for TransportExchange

To better reflect its expanding scope—moving beyond buses to cover rail systems, aviation, and archival transport history—the YouTube channel is officially evolving into TransportExchange, effective 1 November 2026!

We’ve always appreciated the incredible history and hard work behind those videos, and we are genuinely excited to see the channel grow into its new multi-modal vision. Be sure to explore their new content and subscribe on the TransportExchange YouTube channel to follow their new journey!

Looking Ahead: Our Respective Focuses

Going forward, each platform will focus fully on its own unique domain:

  • BUSINTERCHANGE.net will continue dedicating itself to web-based schedules, route maps, travel guides, and real-time tracking tools.
  • TransportExchange will operate as an independent creator channel dedicated to capturing and sharing world transport media.

We thank all our users for their continued support over the years as we focus heavily on expanding website features, real-time tracking accuracy, and website enhancements!
